In 2025, both the Trøndersk Food Festival and To Rom og Kjøkken celebrate their 20th anniversaries – and we’re marking the occasion in style! The day before the festival kicks off, you’re invited to a spectacular anniversary evening filled with flavors, stories, and genuine culinary joy. To Rom og Kjøkken, one of Trondheim’s most renowned restaurants, opens its doors for an exclusive celebration that fills the entire space in honor of the best of Trøndelag. Expect excellence in every detail, world-class ingredients, and a passion for food you can taste in every bite. Enjoy an exquisite five-course celebration menu, where each dish is a love letter to Trøndelag’s ingredients and outstanding culinary craftsmanship. Each course is paired with carefully selected beverages that elevate the experience even further. This is 2 x 20 years of food joy dedicated to talented producers, creative chefs – and to you, who cherish good flavors and memorable experiences. Secure your seat now – this is an evening you won’t want to miss! Practical information: To give you the best experience, please let us know when booking if you'd like to be seated together – include the number of people in your party. Note that some seating will be at communal tables, where the atmosphere is as delightful as the food. This dinner is tailored for an adult audience – but don’t worry, we have many other activities perfect for children and youth throughout the festival. Please notify us of any allergies when purchasing your tickets.
